*Deposit is refundable if territory is already claimed. Territories are secured on a first come, first served basis. Note that territories are based on an average population of 250k-300k people. Once deposit is placed a member of our team will review your application and territory to ensure a proper fit and that a licensing agreement can be executed. All territories are subject to Loaded Lumber LLC approval.
